About Removing Operations from the Work Queue
If you no longer want to work on operations in the work queue, you can remove them from the work queue.
You can only remove the operations that you have added manually to the work queue. If you attempt to remove an operation that has been assigned to you or clocked on by you, the operation appears again when you refresh the page.
Remove Operations from the Work Queue
In the Work Queue page, in the row containing the operation that you want to remove, select .
The operation is removed from the work queue.
Tip: To remove all the operations in the work queue that you have manually added, in the upper-right corner of the page, select .
