About the Work Queue Application
As an operator, you can use the Work Queue application for maintaining a list of operations that you must perform, and report the status of completion of each operation.
Each row in Work Queue represents an operation to be performed. By default, Work Queue contains the operations in which at least one serial number is currently clocked on by you. You can add additional operations that are ready or in progress to Work Queue.
When clocking on/off, or completing, or skipping an operation, a popup appears
allowing you to select the serials/lots. The app.config
property singleLotUnitPopupBehaviour in the Work Queue application controls the behaviour of the popup when only one SN/Lot
exists. Following is the behaviour of the popup based on the value of
singleLotUnitPopupBehaviour:
- If set to False (Default): When clocking on/off, or completing, or skipping an operation, the SN/Lot selection popup does not appear if only one SN/Lot and one production unit exists. The property is set to False by default.
- If set to True: When clocking on/off, or completing, or skipping an operation, the SN/Lot popup selection will prompt the operator to select a production unit and a SN/Lot even if there is only one option for the SN/Lot selection.
