Acknowledge an Alarm
About this task
Use this procedure to acknowledge a single alarm or multiple alarms in bulk.
To acknowledge an alarm, you must add:
- A Reason comment
- An Action comment
You can acknowledge an alarm in the following ways:
Initial Grid: Use this grid to acknowledge a single alarm or multiple alarms in bulk.
Edit: Use this page to acknowledge an alarm and save it.
Procedure
To acknowledge an alarm, do one of the following:
- On the Initial grid, select an alarm, then select the
Acknowledge icon (
). - On the Initial grid, select multiple alarms, then select the Acknowledge all icon.
- On the Initial grid, select the Edit icon (
). The
Edit page appears. Select the
Acknowledge icon (
), and then select
Save.
