Add a Reason Comment to an Alarm

About this task

Use this procedure to add a Reason comment to an alarm using the following:

To add a Reason comment to an alarm, select an alarm, and then do the following:

In the Initial grid, select the Edit icon ().
The Edit page appears.
Select the Reasons tab, and then select Add/Edit Comment.
An editor to add a comment appears.
Enter your comment, and then select Add.
To add a Reason comment using the Comments icon (), select the icon under the Comments column.
The Comments page appears.
Select the Reasons tab, and then select Add New Comment.
An editor to add a comment appears.
Add the required comment, and then select Add.

The alarm is updated with a Reason comment.
