Log Entry Records
Log Entry records store information that is used to populate the fields for the Log Entries. This topic provides an alphabetical list and description of the fields that exist for the Log Entry family and subfamilies. The information in the table reflects the baseline state and behavior of these fields.

Description | Text | A brief summary of the Log entry. | Contains the value that you enter in the Description box on the Log Entry datasheet. |
End Date | Date | The date on which the log entry ended. | This field is optional, but cannot precede the start date. |
Headline | Character (255) | A short description of the log entry. | This field is required. |
Log Entry Type | Character (50) | Describes the type of log entry. | This field is used by the GE Digital APM system, and should not be modified. |
Name Key(s) | Character (255) | The Entity keys of the Human Resources related to the log entry. | This field is used by the GE Digital APM system, and should not be modified. |
Name(s) | Character (255) | The names of the Human Resources related to the log entry. | This field is optional. |
Shift ID | Character (255) | The ID for the shift related to the log entry. | This field is required. |
