Managing Licenses when your Network Proxy Server Requires Credentials
About this task
- Ask your corporate IT department to adjust the network server/firewall settings to communicate with the Cloud License Server.
- If you have another computer to communicate with the Cloud License Server, perform offline activation.
- Stop the License Client application and run the License Manager application, as explained in the following procedure. You cannot run these applications at the same time.
Procedure

Launch the License Manager from
Program Files(x86)\Proficy\Proficy
Common\Proficy Common Licensing
Proficy\ProficyLicenseViewer\ProficyLicenseManager.exe.
The Common License Manager appears.
- Click Manage Licenses.

Select Activate
License or Return
License.
A window appears requesting the credentials to your proxy server.

Enter your username, password, and domain (if
applicable).
