Credentials
About this task
If your proxy server requires credentials, a
License Client cannot communicate with it. In this
case, do one of the following to manage licenses:
Ask your corporate IT department to adjust the
network server/firewall settings to communicate
with the GE Cloud License Server.
If you have another computer to communicate
with the GE Cloud License Server, perform offline
activation.
Stop the License Client application and run
the License Manager application, as explained in
the following procedure. You cannot run these
applications at the same time.

Program Files(x86)\Proficy\Proficy
Common\Proficy Common Licensing
Proficy\ProficyLicenseViewer\ProficyLicenseManager.exe.
