Group Objects

You can view information about the assets or tags (objects) belonging to a specific group.

1. In the module navigation menu, navigate to Assets > Groups.
2. Select a group link on the Groups table.
3. Select the Objects in Group link to access the following information:

   This column	Describes this
   Object Name	The name of the member object present in the group is located in the column. Select a link to access the instance view for the member object. The instance view provides information on the Attributes, Location, and Tags associated with the member object.
   Source ID	The source ID of the member object is located in the column.
   Parent Classification	The parent classification of the member object is located in the column. Select a link to access the classification view for the member object. The classification view provides information on Reserved Attributes, Custom Attributes, and Inherited Attributes associated with the classification.
   Description	The description for the member object is located in the column.

You can remove member objects from an existing group.

1. In the module navigation menu, navigate to Assets > Groups.
2. Select a group link in the Groups table.
   The selected group page appears.
3. Select the Objects in Group link.
4. In the Objects in Group Section, hover over an object name in the table, and then select .
   The member object is removed from the group.
