Troubleshooting Steps for Web-based Clients

Use the Web based configuration tool to point to a different Configuration Hub and UAA instance. By default, this tool is located in the following folder: C:\Program Files\GE Digital\Historian Config |
If you install iFIX on a machine that has Historian Web-Based Clients, the reverse proxy service stops working. |
Restart the reverse proxy service - GE Operations Hub Httpd Reverse Proxy. |
