To improve usability, in the Alerts grid view, you can now link existing cases to multiple selected alerts. To facilitate this enhancement, the Link Cases option is added to the Bulk Actions drop-down list.
Note: Existing cases can be linked successfully, when all the following conditions are met.
  • The user logged in should be the owner of the selected alerts.
  • The selected alerts should have the same Asset ID.
  • The selected alerts should not be in Deferred state.
