Rounds Data Collection Workflow

This workflow provides the basic, high-level steps for using this module. The steps and links in this workflow do not necessarily reference every possible procedure. For more procedures, see the links in the Related Information section.

If necessary, enable a Route for offline access.
Access the Route.
Provide readings for each Measurement Location or Lubrication Requirement on the Route in the workspace for a checkpoint or in the workspace for an asset.
As needed, create a Recommendation. If you are using a mobile device for data collection, then, while creating a Recommendation, you can also capture an image that is attached to the checkpoint as a Reference Document.
Mark the Route done.
