Refreshing Data in Excel

Procedure

To refresh the data that currently displays in the Excel spreadsheet, click the Refresh Data button on the External Data toolbar, as shown in the following figure.

- If the External Data toolbar is not available, select Toolbars from the View menu, and then click External Data.
To automatically set refresh intervals, click the Data Range Properties button (the second button from the left) in the External Data toolbar.
