In the left pane, select the Reports tab.
The Reports workspace appears, displaying the following sections:

Master Report: Displays the Catalog caption of the Comprehensive report as hyperlink. The report is stored in the Catalog folder \\Public\Meridium\Modules\RCA\SSRS along with the subreports that support the main report.
- Individual Reports: Displays the Catalog captions of all the reports that exist in the Catalog folder \\Public\Meridium\Modules\RCA as hyperlinks. This list includes any baseline reports provided with the Root Cause Analysis product.
- Custom Reports: Displays the Catalog captions of all the reports that exist in the Catalog folder \\Public\Meridium\Modules\RCA\SSRS\Custom Reports.
Select one of the following links to generate a report:

Note:
- If this is the first time the Comprehensive Analysis Report has been generated by any user, that user must have View, Update, and Insert privileges to the RCA Image family to view the report.
- To generate the Comprehensive Analysis Report, you must have View privileges to all families included in the underlying queries and datasets.
- To ensure that you will be able to generate the report, you should not delete or rename any of the reports or queries that exist by default in the folder \\Public\Meridium\Modules\RCA\SSRS.
- Reference document images are added to the report.
- Analysis Summary Report
- Cause Report
- Logic Tree Summary Report
- Verification Report
- Team Member Report
- Preserve Items Report - Group by Category
- Preserve Items Report - Group by Team Member
