Import Graphic

This topic describes how to import a HMI graphic.

About this task

HMI graphics are a combination of SVGs (visual shapes/text, etc.) and animated content stored in a JSON file. This file can be distributed across different Operations Hub systems using the export/import feature. Invalid JSON files will not get imported to Operations Hub.

To import/export SVGs, refer to SVG Editor Tools.

Procedure

Under Custom plug-ins, right-click the folder where you want to import a graphic.
Select Import Graphic.
Browse the system and locate the JSON file you want to import.
Select Import.

Results

The file is imported to the folder.
