About Modifying a Workflow

A workflow created in the Approval Cockpit application cannot be deleted. It can be only modified to update its existing configuration. Every new update is saved as a revised version of the workflow. You can perform the following tasks to modify a workflow:

• Add or delete levels in a workflow.
• Add or delete approver groups in a workflow level.
• Add or delete the group names from the approver groups.
• Add, modify, or delete a group name from the monitoring group.
• Add or delete a group name from the rejection responding group.
• Add or delete a group name from the escalation responding group.
