Activate or Disable Permission Sets or Permissions for Assets
Before You Begin
About This Task
Deactivating a permission set for a user removes access to those features. Deactivating the permission set prevents the user from accessing features associated with that permission set. A user without any permission sets can continue to log in to Predix Essentials. However, the user is unable to use any features. You must add permission sets to the user, or assign a user to a user group, to regain access to features. You can also deactivate access to assets for users and user groups. Deactivating all assets also deactivates all asset-related features.

Changes take effect immediately. You must activate the permission set and assets for the user to have access to the assigned features of the permission set and assets.
