Access Cross-Tenant Instances

As a user, you can access an instance for an asset resource granted to you.

Asset resources for another tenant are assigned to you by your administrator after they have been granted to your organization.

In the module navigation menu, select Essentials > Assets.
Select the Context Browser.
The Context Browser appears with Tenants listed in the first column.
Select the tenant that contains the asset you want to view, then select an asset context.
The selected instance appears.

You can access alerts that belong to another tenant.

Asset resources for another tenant are assigned to you by your administrator.

In the module navigation menu, select Tools > AlertsV1.

Alerts of the same tenant and general visibility alerts of another tenant appears.

You can create a new Alert Inbox filter to narrow the selection.

You can access cases that belong to another tenant.

Asset resources that belongs to another tenant are assigned to you by your administrator.

In the module navigation menu, select Essentials > CasesV1.

Cases of the same tenant and general visibility cases of another tenant appears.

You can create a new Case Inbox filter to narrow the selection.

You can view assets and create charts in Analysis for another tenant.

Asset resources for another tenant are assigned to you by your administrator after they have been granted to your organization.

In the module navigation menu, select Essentials > Analysis.
Select the Context Browser.
The Context Browser appears with tenant names listed in the first column.
Select the tenant that contains the asset you want to view, then select an asset context.
The selected asset appears.
View or plot a new chart.

You can view and create dashboards in Dashboards for another tenant.

Asset resources for another tenant are assigned to you by your administrator after they have been granted to your organization.

In the module navigation menu, select Essentials > GE Dashboards.
In the Dashboard Browser, select the AllDashboards tab.
Dashboards for all tenants are included in the list.
Filter the columns to narrow selections in the Dashboards table.
Select the dashboard you want to view.
The selected dashboard appears.
View or add cards and new widgets to the dashboard.
