Compliance Tracking
About Compliance Tracking
The Compliance Tracking feature enables you to monitor and analyze your data collection processes, providing insights into both completed and missed readings. This helps identify readings that were supposed to be taken but were not, as well as those that were taken but not within the scheduled timeframe. The insights derived from this data can be used to detect process inefficiencies and improve operational compliance.
To facilitate compliance tracking, a new APM family, Compliance Track, has been introduced. Each time a route instance is created, the system updates the Compliance Track family automatically by inserting an entry for each possible step reading in the corresponding route instance. These entries contain critical data fields such as Due Date and Non-Compliance Date for each step involved in the route.
Once the route is checked in, the system updates the Compliance Track family with additional fields like Completed Date and whether a step is excluded due to conditional settings (Is Conditional Step Excluded). For example, if a step is a conditional step (a child step under a condition) and the condition is not met, the system will not prompt the operator to collect a reading for that step. In such cases, the Is Conditional Step Excluded flag is set to True, allowing for the generation of accurate and precise reports.
The Compliance Track family integrates with other Rounds Pro families, such as Step, Step Reading, and Route Instance. This interconnected structure facilitates the generation of reports, providing insights into the substantial data collected by operators. These reports can be sliced at various levels—such as by route or asset—enabling more effective process optimization.
