About This Task
In PLA, the values that are calculated by the APM system will be displayed using the number of decimals defined in the Settings window. You can change the number of decimal places that appear for the Monetary and Quantity fields using the following instructions.
Procedure

Access the PLA Administrator page.
- On the upper-right corner of the page, select Settings.
The Settings window appears.
- In the Monetary Precision box, enter the required number of decimal places for monetary fields (i.e., Cost of Losses box and Cost box in the Production Summary workspace). This value must be greater than or equal to 0 (zero) and less than or equal to 9. By default, the value in this field is set to 2.
- In the Quantity Precision box, enter the required number of decimal places for quantity fields (i.e., Actual, Losses, Short Range Plan, Unaccounted Loss, MSC, and Planned). This value must be greater than or equal to 0 (zero) and less than or equal to 9. By default, the value in this field is set to 0.
- Select Save.
The precision values are saved.
