Catalog Items
The Hazards Analysis Catalog folders contain queries, graphs, and reports that appear throughout Hazards Analysis and display information contained in the records that make up a HAZOP Analysis or a What If Analysis.
HAZOP Folder
The Catalog folder \\Public\Meridium\Modules\Hazards Analysis\HAZOP contains the following folders:

Graphs
The Catalog folder \\Public\Meridium\Modules\Hazards Analysis\HAZOP\Graphs contains the following items:

Important: The queries in the following table may contain required parameters. Therefore:
- Do not remove the required fields from a query.
- Do not change the alias of required fields.
- Do not modify the order of the required fields.
- Do not modify the IDs of query parameters.

| Active IPL List Query | Returns a list of active IPLs. This query is used to populate the IPL Subtype field in under IPL Checklist in a Hazards Analysis Safeguard record if the value in the IPL Type field is Active IPL. |
| Human IPL List Query | Returns a list of human IPLs. This query is used to populate the IPL Subtype field in under IPL Checklist in a Hazards Analysis Safeguard record if the value in the IPL Type field is Human IPL. |
| Passive IPL List Query | Returns a list of passive IPLs. This query is used to populate the IPL Subtype field in under IPL Checklist in a Hazards Analysis Safeguard record if the value in the IPL Type field is Passive IPL. |
