You can now generate and download multiple Inspection Reports at a time. To facilitate this enhancement, following changes are made: A new option, Bulk Print Report, is added in the Underlying Open Inspections section to print multiple inspection reports. A new option, View Bulk Printing Status, is added in the Inspection Management Overview page to view the status of the print job. On selecting this option, the Downloads page appears, displaying the status of all the print jobs. To use this feature, you must configure the following fields that are added in the SQL Server Reporting Services page: Bulk Report Storage Path: To configure a path that is constructed with the Universal Naming Convention (UNC) standards where the exported reports are stored. Bulk Report Storage User Name: To configure a user name that is required to access the machine in which the exported reports are stored. Bulk Report Storage User Password: To configure a password for the corresponding user name that is required to access the machine in which the exported reports are stored. Bulk Report Storage Threshold (Days): To configure the number of days after which the .zip file for the exported reports is automatically deleted from the location where it is stored. - A new option, View Bulk Printing Status, is added in the Inspection Management Overview page to view the status of the print job. On selecting this option, the Downloads page appears, displaying the status of all the print jobs.
To use this feature, you must configure the following fields that are added in the SQL Server Reporting Services page:
- Bulk Report Storage Path: To configure a path that is constructed with the Universal Naming Convention (UNC) standards where the exported reports are stored.
- Bulk Report Storage User Name: To configure a user name that is required to access the machine in which the exported reports are stored.
- Bulk Report Storage User Password: To configure a password for the corresponding user name that is required to access the machine in which the exported reports are stored.
- Bulk Report Storage Threshold (Days): To configure the number of days after which the .zip file for the exported reports is automatically deleted from the location where it is stored.
