The No Recommendations section of the Risk Based Inspection Overview page has been modified to include assets which have both:

  • No recommendations.
  • At least one component with a Risk Completed analysis.
TFS359101
When you link an Inspection Confidence Evaluation to an RBI Degradation Mechanism Evaluation and an RBI Component, the Inspection History records for a Degradation Mechanism are filtered based on the RBI Component. Additionally, a new column, Inspection Document Status has been added to the Inspection History section to display the current status of the parent Inspection record.TFS356928
You can now change the state of an analysis to Risk Completed only if the analysis is calculated.TFS356900
The Flammable Consequence Category field in an RBI Criticality Analysis, which previously contained the value N/A for inert and reactive leaking fluids, is now populated with a value based on the Leak Rate Category.TFS353957
You can now generate recommendations in bulk for a specified level of the Asset Hierarchy from the No Recommendations section of the Risk Based Inspection Overview page. You can also use the Schedule Log to view the progress and logs of generated recommendations.TFS350844

You can now override the minimum thickness of a component regardless of the degradation mechanism. To facilitate this change, all the fields related to minimum thickness have been moved from the RBI Degradation Mechanisms family to the RBI Criticality Analysis family.

When you upgrade GE Digital APM to the current version, if the Override Minimum Required Thickness check box is selected, all the existing data related to minimum thickness is copied from the RBI Degradation Mechanism records to the RBI Criticality Analysis records.

TFS358949

RBI Analysis results for a Heat Exchanger - Bundle component have been enhanced to display the product leak consequence category for every calculated analysis. To facilitate this enhancement, the following fields have been made mandatory:

  • Inspection Interval
  • Flammable Leak Type (if the leaking fluid is flammable)
  • Toxic Leak Type (if the leaking fluid is toxic)
  • Product Unit Value
  • Tube Operating Press Channel

The Evaluation of All Risk Targets feature is now available.

When you enable the Evaluation of All Risk Targets feature and calculate an RBI 581 analysis, the Safety Health and Environmental (SHE) Risk, the Financial Risk, and the Damage Factor targets are evaluated to determine a new value in the Target Inspection Date field. The Target Inspection Date field is then used to determine the value in the Driving Risk Target field, and the value for the Driving Risk Target field is set to the risk target that has the most conservative Target Inspection Date value.
