Select the Critical Success Factors tab.
The CSF section appears.
Select the row containing the Critical Success Factor that you want to delete, and then select
The Delete Critical Success Factor dialog box appears, asking you to confirm that you want to delete the selected Critical Success Factor.
Select Yes.
The selected Critical Success Factor is deleted.
