Create a Failure Event

When you create an RCA Failure Event, you are also defining the associated Failure Event node. After you create a Failure Event node, you cannot delete it via Root Cause Analysis, but you can modify the RCA Failure Event. Only one RCA Failure Event can be defined for each RCA.

Steps

  1. Access the Root Cause Analysis for which you want to create a Failure Event.
  2. In the left pane, select the Event Diagram tab.

    A blank datasheet appears.
