Select the Critical Success Factors tab.
The CSF section appears, displaying a list of Critical Success Factors associated with the selected RCA.
Select the hyperlink for the Critical Success Factor that you want to view.
The Edit Critical Success Factor window appears, displaying the details of the selected CSF.
Note: As needed, you can modify the CSF, and then select
