Root Cause Analysis

Previously, in Root Cause Analysis, you could add additional nodes to an Event Diagram for an RCA that was in the Published state. This issue has been resolved. Now, if an RCA is in the Published state, access to the Event Diagram becomes read-only, and no additional nodes can be added to the Event Diagram. TFS375506
Previously, in the Event Diagram for a published RCA, you were unable to select a node to view the details of the node in the Properties window. This issue has been resolved. TFS375453
Previously, after an analysis was published, you could still update and delete the analysis. This issue has been resolved. Controls to perform modifications to published analyses are now unavailable.TFS372415
