Previously, the URL in a Conditional Alert was internally set based on the base URL and you could not set up the Conditional Alert Email URL separately. This issue has been resolved. Now, you can provide the base URL in the `conditionalAlertBaseURL` parameter in the C:\ProgramData\Meridium\appsettings.Global.json file.	503482
