In the power sector, the Control Room is a place of unflappable professional execution in operating what’s been described as the planet’s most complex machine, the electric grid.

Those nerve centres have inspired our own Control Room – our Sustainability Management System – to route and align our internal and external efforts toward solving the world’s most complex challenges. Our Control Room encompasses our comprehensive approach to sustainability. It is a multidimensional, cross-functional management system for our sustainability programs, central to our internal operations and our external impact.

    GE Vernova’s Sustainability Framework comprises four pillars – Electrify, Decarbonize, Conserve, and Thrive – each with leading goals that progress our objectives to help decarbonize the planet, conserve natural resources, and support communities where everyone can thrive.
