In the RBI Admin Preferences page, if the Implement Recommended Actions to Tasks in ASM check box is cleared, the Apply Updates (), Unlink Implementation (), Send to ASI Package (), and Implement buttons are now disabled in the Strategy Actions section of the Action Management page.
