Previously, in the Ingester Service, the health check status reporter timeout was performed every minute, which led to an increased load on the database. This issue has been resolved. You can now configure the frequency of the status reporter timeout. If the frequency is set to zero (0), no status reporter timeout check will be performed.	DE177085
