End-of-Life Features
End-of-Life Features in V5.2.0.0.0
- Foundation: We no longer serialize and deserialize data using BinaryFormatter. Instead, we now use JSONSerializer. A new utility must be run before upgrading the APM database to V5.2.0.0.0.
- Inspection Field Data Collection: The Inspection Field Data Collection module is no longer available in the GE Digital APM Mobile application or with the APM web client. You can now use the Integrity Mobile application available for Android and iOS devices.
- APM Mobile Application: The GE Digital APM mobile application no longer supports Android versions 7,8, and 9. You must upgrade to a supported version to continue using the mobile application. For details on the compatible versions, see the APM System Requirements documentation.
