Thickness Monitoring

If a Thickness Measurement Location (TML) is categorized as Growth or High Loss, you can now compare the latest measurement value with the previous measurement value. To facilitate this enhancement, in the Analysis Overview workspace, in the TMLs section, the grid now includes the Near Measurement Value column. For each TML in the grid, this column displays the measurement value of the Thickness Measurement created before the latest one.

The TM Quick View page has been enhanced to improve usability. To facilitate this enhancement, the following changes have been made:

The Filter button () has been moved to the upper-left corner of the page.
The boxes to specify the date range that previously appeared on the page have been removed. To filter data, you can now select the Filter button (), and then specify the date range.
The TMLs for which measurements have not been taken now appear along with the TMLs which contain at least one measurement.

The list of Thickness Measurement Locations (TMLs) in the TMLs section in the Analysis Overview workspace.
The list of Thickness Measurements in the Measurements section in the workspace for the TML.

Color-coding indicators are applied based on whether the TMLs and Thickness Measurements meet certain criteria, as described in the following table:


Category	Visual Cue	Purpose
Below T-Min		Indicates that the latest measurement value is less than the minimum thickness.
Overdue		Indicates that the scheduled next inspection date or the projected T-Min date of a TML is overdue. This category is not applicable to Thickness Measurements.
High Loss		Indicates that the percentage of decrease between the latest measurement and the previous one is greater than a specified value.
Growth		Indicates that there is an increase in the latest measurement value from the previous one.
Normal		Indicates that the measurement is normal.

In addition, you can now:

View the number of records that belong to each category.
Filter the records based on category.
Specify the high loss value that should be considered for the High Loss category. To facilitate this enhancement, on the TM Admin Preferences page, in the Global Preferences workspace, the High Loss box has been added.
