The value in the Target SIL field of the loop was less than zero. The Test Architectural Constraints field of the loop contained the value IEC 61508 : 2010 tables [per 61511-1 11.4.5]. This issue has been resolved. To facilitate this fix, the following changes have been made: The allowable length for the PIF Description field of the Instrumented Function family in Meridium Enterprise APM has been increased from 255 characters to 800 characters. The SIF Description field of the Instrumented Function in the .exi file, which is mapped to the PIF Description field in Meridium Enterprise APM, can now contain text of length less than or equal to 800 characters. When importing .exi files, if the Target SIL field of the loop in the .exi file contains a value less than zero or greater than five, then the values for the Target SIL field of the loop and the Selected SIL field of the Instrumented Function are not imported. The value for the Test Architectural Constraints field in the Protective Instrument Loop record was populated previously with the description for the system code IEC 61508 : 2010 from the System Code Table MI_ARCHITECTURE_CONSTRAINT, which resulted in the error when importing the .exi file. Now, the Test Architectural Constraints field is populated with the ID for the system code (i.e., IEC 61508 : 2010).	TFS325008
