Inspection Plan Revision History

When you revise an Inspection Plan, Inspection Plan Revision History becomes available for review.

When an Inspection Plan is moved to the Approved state by an MI Compliance Approver, a different MI Compliance Approver or an MI Compliance Analyst may elect to update the Inspection Plan, which moves the Inspection Plan back to the Modified state. When this action is completed, an Inspection Plan Revision History record is created that is accessible in the Inspection Plan. These records allow you to track the progress of an Inspection Plan and review who has modified or approved it. By accessing an Inspection Plan Revision History record, you can view who modified the record, the date of modification, and the reason for revision that was entered by the user who modified the record.
