Catalog Items

The Hazards Analysis Catalog folders contain queries, graphs, and reports that appear throughout Hazards Analysis and display information contained in the records that make up a HAZOP Analysis or a What If Analysis.

Hazards Analysis Mitigated Risk	A graph that displays a prompt for the Entity Key of a Hazards Analysis whose HAZOP Analysis data you want to view in the Graph Viewer.
Subgraphs	A subfolder that contains the Hazards Analysis Mitigated Risk graph, which supports the Hazards Analysis Mitigated Risk graph.

All HAZOP Analysis Recommendations	Displays a list of all the Risk Assessment Recommendations that are associated with a Hazards Analysis.
Hazards Analysis Deviation Mitigated Risk Query	Displays a prompt for the Entity Key of the desired System/Node, and then displays the unmitigated and mitigated risk rank values organized by the Deviations with which they are associated. This query supports the Hazards Analysis Mitigated Risk graph that is stored in the following folder: \\Public\Meridium\Modules\Hazards Analysis\HAZOP\Graphs
Hazards Analysis Mitigated Risk Query	Displays a prompt for the Entity Key of the desired Hazards Analysis, and then displays the unmitigated and mitigated risk rank values organized by the Systems/Nodes with which they are associated. This query supports the Hazards Analysis Mitigated Risk graph that is stored in the following folder: \\Public\Meridium\Modules\Hazards Analysis\HAZOP\Graphs
Hazards Analysis Query	Displays a prompt for the Entity Key of the desired Hazards Analysis, and then displays various information about the HAZOP Analysis, including values that appear in the Hazards Analysis record and IDs of the records that are linked to the HAZOP Analysis. This query supports the Hazards Analysis Report that is stored in the Reports folder.
HAZOP Analysis Recommendations	Displays a prompt for the Entity Key of the desired Hazards Analysis, and then displays a list of the Risk Assessment Recommendations that are associated with the HAZOP Analysis.
HAZOP Locations and Equipment	Displays a prompt for the Entity Key of the desired System/Node, and then displays the Entity Keys for the Equipment and Functional Locations that are associated with the specified System/Node.
HAZOP Max Risk Rank for Node	Displays a prompt for the Entity Key of the System/Node, and then displays the unmitigated risk rank value for the Consequence that is linked to the specified System/Node.
Hazop_Reference_Documents_Query	Displays a prompt for the Entity Key of the desired Hazards Analysis, and then displays a list of Reference Documents and various details from those records that are linked to the specified System/Node. This query supports the Hazop_Reference_Document_Report, which is stored in the following folder: \\Public\Meridium\Modules\Hazards Analysis\HAZOP\Reports\Subreports
Hazop_Team_Member_Query	Displays a prompt for the Entity Key of the desired Hazards Analysis, and then displays the list of Human Resource records that are linked to the specified Hazards Analysis. This query supports the Hazop_Team_Member_Report, which is stored in the following folder: \\Public\Meridium\Modules\Hazards Analysis\HAZOP\Reports\Subreports

HAZOP_Analysis_Search	A search that displays the following prompts, and then displays all the Hazards Analysis records whose Analysis Type field contains the value HAZOP and meets the specified criteria: State: The record states that have been configured in the Configuration Manager for the Hazards Analysis family. By default, this list contains the following values: All Active Complete Pending Approval Planning Review Hazards Analysis Owner: The names of the users whose names appear in the Analysis Owner field in a Hazards Analysis record. This query appears by default on the HAZOP Analysis Summary page.
WhatIf_Analysis_Search	A search that displays the following prompts and then displays all the Hazards Analysis records whose Analysis Type field contains the value What If and meets the specified criteria: State: The record states that have been configured in the Configuration Manager for the Hazards Analysis family.
