Access the SIS Management Overview page.
Hint: You can also access the SIS Management Overview page for a selected hierarchy level.
In the workspace, select the Custom Failure Data tab.
The Custom Failure Data section appears, displaying a list of custom devices.
Hint: You can filter the list by selecting a particular type of custom devices from the drop-down list box in the upper-right corner of the section.
Select the check box that corresponds to the custom device that you want to delete.
In the upper-right corner of the section, the

A confirmation message appears, asking if you really want to delete the custom device.
Select OK.
The custom device is deleted.
