When you perform certain actions on the Windows Mobile Device, such as select Sync to download Route records, the actions are recorded in a text file that is stored in the folder in which GE Digital APM was installed.
This file contains information about errors that have occurred and other actions that have been performed. Most likely, you will need to use the log to troubleshoot problems you might encounter.
Steps
Access the file log.
The file appears, displaying the log details.
