About the Readings Grid Screen on a Windows Mobile Device

The Readings - Grid screen displays the list of Measurement Locations that are part of the current Route. The Measurement Locations are displayed in ascending numeric order by their sequence value. Each row represents one Measurement Location. For each Measurement Location that appears in this list, the following information is displayed:

Value: The reading value for the Measurement Location, if one has been recorded. If a reading value has not been recorded for a Measurement Location, this column will be empty.
Identifier: A combination of values that are used to identify the Measurement Location. The following values are displayed in the Identifier column for each Measurement Location:
- ID of the piece of equipment or location to which the Measurement Location belongs.
- Category value stored in the corresponding Measurement Location record.

The following image shows an example of what the Readings - Grid screen looks like with three Measurement Locations.

Below the list of Measurement Locations, the following buttons appear:

Home: Displays the Home screen.
Route: Displays the Routes screen.
Detail View: Displays the selected Measurement Location in a detailed layout, where you can record a reading value for it.

Keep in mind that as you record readings for Measurement Locations, if a condition has been defined for a Measurement Location, a reading value that you enter may trigger additional Measurement Locations to appear. When this happens, the additional Measurement Location will appear automatically, just like the Measurement Locations that are not triggered by specific reading values. Only a Route administrator can configure conditions on a Route that will trigger additional Measurement Locations to appear. You will know if additional Measurement Locations were triggered along the Route, if:

More Measurement Locations are displayed in the list on the Readings - Grid screen than were displayed prior to taking readings on the Route.
The number of Measurement Locations that was displayed on the Home screen prior to recording readings has increased after you recorded readings on the Route.
