The Options menu appears at the bottom of the Readings - Detail screen and the Manage Recommendations screen. The options that are available on the Options menu will vary depending upon where you access the menu. In addition, some options will be disabled depending upon the data that you are currently working with.

The following list describes all the buttons you might see on the Options menu. Regardless of your current location, each time you tap these buttons, the outcome will be the same. The following list is a comprehensive explanation of all buttons you encounter. You can use this list to determine the outcome of selection.
Home: Displays the Home screen.
Route: Displays the Routes screen.
Grid: Displays the Readings - Grid screen, where you can see all checkpoints on the current Route and their associated reading.
Delete): Deletes the reading or recommendation that you are currently working with.
Read. Hist.: Displays the last five readings that were recorded for the checkpoint that you are currently working with. This button is disabled if there is no reading history for the checkpoint that you are currently viewing.
Rec. Hist.: Displays the last five recommendations that were created for the piece of equipment or location associated with the checkpoint that you are currently working with. This button is disabled if there is no recommendation history for the checkpoint that you are currently viewing.
Ref Docs: Displays the list of reference documents associated with the checkpoint that you are currently working with. This button is disabled if there are no reference documents for the checkpoint that you are currently viewing.
Info: Displays the More Information screen.
Recomm.: Displays a new recommendation for the checkpoint that you are currently working with.
Copy Scan: Allows you to paste the scan ID for the next barcode or RFID tag that you scan into a text box on the screen. You can select this button to enable this functionality. This button will remain selected until after you scan a barcode or RFID tag.
+ New: Displays a new recommendation. This button is available only when you are viewing the Manage Recommendations screen.
Note that when you select Options, you will see the Hide button in its place. You can select this button to close the Options menu.
In addition to the Options menu, buttons appear on the Readings - Detail screen, which provide access to the most commonly used buttons on the Options menu.
