Routes on a Windows Mobile Device can have a status of either In Progress or Finished. If you enter reading data for any checkpoint in a Route, the status of the Route will be In Progress, by default. After you enter reading data for all checkpoints in the Route, the GE Digital APM system changes the status of the Route to Finished automatically.

When you change the status of a Route, you can also provide comments about the Route. These comments will be stored in the Route History record that is created when the completed Route is uploaded to GE Digital APM.
