Publish a Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

IMPORTANT: You must be a Principal Analyst to publish an analysis.

Steps

Access the RCA Overview page.
Select the In Progress tab.

A list of available analyses appears.
Select the row for the analysis that you want to publish.

The row is highlighted.
Select Publish.

The Publish Analysis dialog box appears.
Select Yes.

The analysis is published and is now in read-only format.
