Access the Reference Documents in an RCA

This topic describes how to access the list of Reference Documents in an RCA. You can create a new Reference Document, or you can modify or delete an existing one.

Steps

  1. Access the Root Cause Analysis whose Reference Documents you want to access.
  2. In the workspace, select the Reference Documents tab.

    A list of Reference Documents linked to the selected RCA appears.

    Note: See the Manage Reference Documents section of the documentation for additional options when working with reference documents.
