Delete Nodes from the Logic Tree

Steps

Access the Logic Tree diagram within which you want to delete a node.
In the design canvas, select the node that you want to delete.

Note: Any node except the Failure Event node can be deleted from a Logic Tree.
In the upper portion of the workspace, select .

The Delete Logic Tree Items dialog box appears, asking you to confirm that you want to delete the selected node and its successor nodes.
Select OK.

The selected node is deleted from the database, and the node does not appear in the Logic Tree.

Results

All the child nodes of the deleted node are deleted.
The link between the deleted node and the node to which it was linked is removed.
