Select the row for the reference document you want to unlink, and then select
The Alert dialog box appears asking you to confirm that you want to unlink the reference document.
Select OK.
The reference document is unlinked from that record.
Note: When you unlink a reference document from a record, the reference document no longer appears in the list for that record, but it still exists in the GE Digital APM database. You can re-link the reference document or link it to another record by following the procedure to add a reference document by linking.
