The following table outlines the steps that you must complete to deploy and configure this module for the first time.
These tasks may be completed by multiple people in your organization. We recommend, however, that the tasks be completed in the order in which they are listed.

1 | Review the MOC data model to determine which relationship definitions you will need to modify to include your custom equipment and location families. Via Configuration Manager, modify the relationship definitions as needed. | This step is required only if you store equipment and location information in families other than the baseline Equipment and Functional Location families. |

3 | In the Configuration Manager, configure the Change Project Has Elements relationship family to include the desired families in GE Digital APM as Successors to the MI MOC Change Project family. | This step is required only if you want to associate a Change Project with records from families other than Hazards Analysis, SIL Analysis, and LOPA. |

Modify the MI_MOC_ANS_OPT System Code Table. |
This step is required only if you want to add or modify the values that appear in the Answer field when you create a Question or modify Answer Options in a Question. |

Modify the MI_Change_Project_Type System Code Table. |
This step is required only if you want to add or modify the values that appear in the Change Type field, on the MI MOC Change Project datasheet. |
