Access the Hazards Analysis Overview page.
Hint: You can also access the Hazards Analysis Overview page for a particular hierarchy level.
In the workspace heading:
- If you are conducting a HAZOP Analysis, select the Hazop tab.
- If you are conducting a What If Analysis, select the What If tab.
The selected section appears, displaying a list of Hazards Analyses of the selected type.
In the upper-left corner of the workspace, select
A blank datasheet for the Hazards Analysis appears.
In the lower-right corner of the datasheet, select Save.
The Hazards Analysis is created.
