About the PHA Re-Validation Schedule Section

The Hazards Analysis module allows you to view a list of analyses for which revalidation (also called reevaluation) is overdue or must be completed in the next 30 days.

The PHA Re-Validation Schedule section on the Hazards Analysis Overview page displays a list of Hazards Analyses that satisfy any of the following conditions:

The value in the Next Reevaluation Date field falls within the next 30 days.
The value in the Next Reevaluation Date field is a past date.

The Next Reevaluation Date is calculated as follows:

Next Reevaluation Date = Revision Date + Reevaluation Interval
