About Access to Configuration Manager Features

You need a Developers license to perform the following functions:

Adding or modifying an Entity family on the Family Management page.
Adding an Entity family by using the Import tool.
Adding or modifying Fields via the Family Management page.
Adding family Fields by using the Import tool.
Adding, modifying, or deleting Relationship families via the Family Management page.
Adding or modifying Relationship families by using the Import tool.
Adding, modifying, or deleting Relationship Definitions via Family Management page.
Adding or modifying Relationship Definitions by using the Import tool.
Adding, modifying, or deleting VB Rules by using Rules Editor.
