ACA System Records

The following table provides an alphabetical list and description of the fields that exist in the ACA System family. The information in the table reflects the baseline state and behavior of these fields.

This family is enabled for site filtering, which means that records in this family can be assigned to a specific site, and will then only be accessible to users who are assigned to the same site and have the appropriate license and family privileges. See the Site Filtering section of the documentation for more information on using this feature.

Field	Data Type	Description	Behavior and Usage
Imported By	Character	The user ID of the Security User who created or last updated the analysis from a Microsoft Excel file.	This field is disabled and populated automatically when you create an analysis or update the risk values by importing data from an Excel file.
Import Date	Date	The date on which the analysis was created or last updated from a Microsoft Excel file.	This field is disabled and populated automatically when you create an analysis or update the risk values by importing data from an Excel file.
Import Status	Character	The status of the import process that was last used to create or update the analysis.	This field is disabled and populated automatically when you create an analysis or update the risk values by importing data from an Excel file. The value will be set to one of the following values: Successful Incomplete Failed Skipped The status is also displayed in the grid on the ACA Import page.
Modified By	Character	The name of the user who last modified the record.	This field is disabled and populated automatically with the name of the user who was logged in when the record was last modified. It is not available on the baseline datasheet.
Modified Date	Date	The date on which the record was last modified.	This field is disabled and populated automatically. It is not available on the baseline datasheet.
Parent Analysis Key	Number	The Entity Key of the ACA record to which this ACA System record is linked.	This field is not available on the baseline datasheet.
Site Description	Character	The description of the site that is associated with the analysis to which the system belongs.	This field is not available on the baseline datasheet.
Site ID	Character	The ID of the site that is associated with the analysis to which the system belongs.	This field is populated automatically with the value that is stored in the Site ID field in the ACA record for the current ACA. If you specify a value in this field that is different from the value specified in the Site ID field in the ACA record, the value in the ACA record will be used to determine which risk matrix to display when you create Risk Assessment records. You can select a site ID from the list. The list displays the IDs of all existing Site Reference records.
System Comments	Text	Additional comments about the system.	You can enter comments manually.
System Description	Text	A description of the system.	None
System Equipment Type	Character	A description of the type of equipment that the system contains.	You can select a value from the list.
System ID	Character	A unique identifier for the system.	The System ID must be unique with respect to other systems that belong to the same analysis.
System Log	Text	A log of any errors that occurred when updating criticality indicator values in SAP. This field contains information about the most recent update operation.	The contents of this field are rewritten each time that you use the ACA System to update criticality indicator values in SAP. If no errors occur during the update operation, this field will be empty.
System Process Type	Character	The type of system process.	You can select one of the following values from the list, which comes from a system code table: Gas/Oil Fired Steam Boiler (Steam Generation) Ethylene Oxide Storage (EO Storage) FCCU (Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit)
Unit Description	Character	None	This field is not available on the baseline datasheet.
Unit ID	Character	The ID of the unit that is associated with the system.	This field is populated automatically with the value stored in the Unit ID field in the ACA record for the current ACA.
