In the IM Admin Preferences pane, select Manage Human Resources.
The Manage Human Resources workspace appears, displaying a list of available Human Resources.
In the row containing the Human Resource whose certifications you want to manage, select Manage Resource Certifications.
The Human Resource with Cert Details datasheet for the selected resource appears, displaying the Master section.
