The Configuration Toolbar

The Configuration toolbar buttons are shortcuts to the driver configuration dialog boxes.

Toolbar button	Function
$graphics\btnchannel.gif$	Add Server – Displays the OPC servers available to the local computer. After you select a server, the driver adds a new server object and displays the fields for modifying the server’s properties.
$graphics\btndevice.gif$	Add Group – Adds a new group to the selected OPC server and displays the fields for modifying the group’s properties.
$graphics\btnblock.gif$	Add Item – Adds a new item to the selected group and displays fields for modifying the new item’s properties.
$graphics\btnmultiblock.gif$	Add Multiple Items – Displays a server where you can select multiple items to add to the selected group, and to automatically create tags (items) that can be added to the group.
$graphics\btnaddtoPDB.gif$	Add Item to iFix Database – Opens the Database Tag dialog box where you can add the selected item to the iFIX Process Database.
$graphics\btndelete.gif$	Delete – Deletes the server, group, or item currently selected in the Tree Browser.
